After working forty years on Wall Street and advising clients on a variety of financing and strategic projects, Jim retired to spend more time with his family. His retirement was short-lived as he found himself advising and consulting for friends and former clients. The increasing demand for his expertise and counsel convinced Jim to create a firm that could offer two distinct services:  investing as a principal in businesses and advising businesses on their strategic and financing options.  In either case, Hazben takes the best from Jim’s Wall Street days and adds his personal signature of integrity and straight-forwardness to provide exceptional service, experience and value to his clients and partners.
